I was just standing in my kitchen and I felt like I really had to pee, went to take a step to walk to the bathroom and I feel like I peed myself 😂 I did have a pad on (always wearing one just to be safe since I’m 40+2 days) got to the bathroom and didn’t even pee barley any.. gonna wait an hour to see if my pad is wet.. I’m hoping it’s my water 😂🤞🏻what do you ladies think?

@laniejay, how long until contractions started for you?
When my water broke it was a slow trickle here and there. I thought I was peeing myself. I called my husband just in case because I have fast labors. I squatted and then stood up and a little more came out which was a clue. Thank God I called because as soon as contractions started the waters were flowing! And we made it to the hospital with 45 minutes to spare.
I just called they told me to wait an hour they think I probably just peed myself 😂
I would call. Your water can break in a big gush or slow trickles.
When my water broke I just felt like I was peeing myself it wasn't a lot but it didn't stop so I was told to lay down then sit up (pee first) if u feel a gush it was ur water after a couple hours I'd feel it happen more but labor also didn't start for me
When my water broke with my first I swore I just peed myself, I would be going in. With strep B rather be safe then sorry
@blessed2018w9, I’m just not sure cause it wasn’t a lot. But I felt like I was peeing myself. But I’m group b strep positive and I’m suppose to go in as soon as my water breaks but I don’t wanna go in and have them tell me I peed myself... should I call the doctor or just wait to see if contractions start?
@angel81198, I think an hour to an hour and a half. Total time from water leaking to birth was 3 hours so it was really fast
