After suffering from bowel incontinence w my third birth and my young friend w 3 suffering from vaginal prolapse, i decided to read up on if I can strengthen my pelvic floor or do anything to help prevent damage w baby #4. This book is super technical, but knowledge is power! Hope you ladies are not suffering as i have in the past. Sometimes these issues don't arise until years after child bearing and also appear w the hormonal flux of menopause.
@rebecca I was thinking about you when I was reading this! Seriously! If I'm only on living baby 4 and it's been detrimental to my pelvic floor, I know it has to effect other moms of many, especially when they are close together.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Super, thanks for sharing! I, too, have suffered the ravages of pregnancy and childbirth on my pelvic condition. I first learned about pelvic PT when I was expecting #7 last year. I visited her a couple of times before I delivered and hope to resume seeing her soon. Pelvic health is sorely neglected and would improve the quality of life for so many women who suffer needlessly for the rest of their lives after bearing children.
