I kind of suffered from postpartum depression after I had my first due to me being self conscious about my weight and not accepting my appearance. I made a promise to myself this time no matter what I'm going to eat better and exercise.

@rebeccaangleton, I had preeclampsia so I was stuck with a lot of water weight
I'm trying to lose 50lb. Won't happen over night but you can do it. Took me a year. Just stay focused and don't watch the scale because its wrong
@kyenkenmom, aww thank u no u look beautiful but I was pretty big I'll have to find a old pic n post if for u to see it took two years to loose weight!!! It was hard as shit so I'm now I'm scared I'm gonna gain it all back instantly like all that work for nothing

I feel the same way I gained so much I barley lost it all like 90 lbs n now I'm pregnant again and I've been eating less and working out more and I actually made myself bleed so i need to find the healthy balance n not over do it cuz I'm scared of getting g fat

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
