Thank you for writing this... Recently I've been feeling like I'm less of a woman and less of a mother like I didn't do anything to bring my son into the world. And I was starting to think that I'm going to feel the same with this pregnancy because I have to have another c-section with my daughter. Now I feel so strong as a woman.
That really made me feel so much better I currently have 4 beautiful healthy children and I'm 36 weeks with fifth I am being scheduled for c section due to the baby being footling Breech. I did feel like I felt myself because I've had four vaginal deliveries and this is my last one that is very likely to end up in a c-section. I am NOT okay with this by any means but as long as my daughter comes in world safely I'm OK. The risk are too high for her to be born vaginally so I will assume most of the risk myself I am her protector and I can handle it. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful poem.
Wow this is beautiful. I'm literally crying. I went through 72hrs of labor before my first C. I'm just so happy to have my boy here alive. I've felt so judged though by others like I'm broken or something. I'm now facing C number 2 and this helps so much. Thank you thank you thank you. ;,(
I am so glad this had touched so many women! I wrote this after a friend posted about how "outragious" the c-section rate was and we need to get back to the right way of having babies. So instead of telling her to shove it, i wrote this
C-section=OMG!
So let me start off by saying I am completely terrified.
C section moms when does the pain stop 😔😔😔😩
What is it like to have a c-section? I was told by my doctor I would likely have one so I am kinda nervous.😯😯
Demetris Jr. born at 3:29 am via c-section.. I can't believe he's actually mine. 😍❤
This is so sweet. At first I was upset I didn't get to have a natural birth I felt like I missed out on it but I own up to it because c section moms are so strong we did what we had to for our baby to be healthy.
