I am on day 18 with letrozole. Hopefully it works for us! The side effects have been much less than with clomid which has been nice! My only side effect was fatigue, but life could also factor into that. I did call my specialist this morning because i have had a ton of pressure and minor pain which caused me to spot, but they reassured me that is not unheard of in women that do not ovulate on their own or normally.

I took it on days 5-7. Caused horrible mood swings! I took it for 2 months after ten months of Clomid. I needed a break and decided not to do a third round. That month I got my BFP! My baby boy is due in July: )

I responded slower on letrozole than clomid. I eventually needed injectables to get me ready by cd12.

I'm to start my 1st dose tomorrow. Do you ovulate earlier than usual with the med? When do you test for opk with this med?

I am 5dpo on it, first round with this med!

This is my first round with it, cd 3-7, and I took 5 mg. I'm 4 dpo, so it worked in that it made me o! I had no side effects, but I took it at night, so maybe I slept thru them. Good luck!

Do yal take urs in the morning or at night? I take mine in the morning. And I had some hot flashes. Im hoping 2.5mg does the trick and I ovulate!

I start my second round tomorrow CD 3-7. Like others have said, side effects aren't bad, hope it works this go round. I responded to it great last time just not prego yet. Good luck!

Personally no success yet but there are women on here who have gotten pregnant while taking it. I'm coming to the end of my third cycle taking it days 2-5. Side effects aren't too bad, I get the occasional dizzy spell and headache but that's about it. Good luck, hope you have success with it.

I've heard of several and I've also heard twins are common. I've had off and on headaches yesterday and today that I think is a side effect. They aren't bad though.

Im on cd9. Took it on cd3-7, 2.5mg. Hopefully it works!

I'll be on it again tomorrow round 5. 1 month was just letrozole. 2-4 was letrozole with menopur. This cycle back to just letrozole. It works as far as developing follicles. No preg yet. ?✨
