This kid I swear...he apparently hates the super expensive car seat he rides in as much as I do. He screamed and cried until I stopped and moved him to the other seat. Now he's all smiles.
The average 4 year old is 40 lbs and 40 inches
I absolutely adore the Maxi cosi Pria, except that it has a 40 inch strict standing height limit for rearfacing which puts it in the "not the best ERF seat if your children are large and or you want to RF forever". Other then that it's probably my favorite convertible, but again I don't recommend it usually because of the ERF limit. If you have a small kid, I would totally get the Pria. For ERF seats my favorites are the Chicco Nextfit and the Graco Headwise/Mysize/size4me/fit4me/contender. Both of which I have some dislike of how the harness tightens but overall they are pretty amazing.
He's in a Radian here. I have issues with the radian too...the harness adjust being one of them. There is no perfect seat, but there are some that come pretty f*** ing close for me. I'd pick the radian over Foonf hands down.
Clek Foonf....for so many reasons. I just really think it's a pretty terrible seat overall and it's not a surprise that Cleks sales are doing so poorly.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
When should I change to a high back booster? So my son is 5&1/2 years old and about 55lbs. He still in a 5 point harness car seat. When should I change him to the high back booster seat? I have the graco 3 in one seat.
Always amazed
At the amount of seats that come into seat checks totally wrong. I did roughly 30 checks today and only 4 were right! Lots of babies are now safer in the car!
son getting out of car seat
So a couple days ago my son started getting himself out of his car seat while we are on the road. He will be 2 years old May 27th. He pushes the chest clip all the way down and pulls his arms and shoulders out of the straps but is still buckled at the waist. Today he did it 4 times, we had to pull over every time. What do you guys do when they start doing this? My Britax came with these long rubber strap covers but I took them off a while ago when he was to small f...
I posted a picture of my son in the house in his car seat he had a snow suit jumper on n instead of people admiring his sweet innocent face they wanted to attack the fact that i didn’t adjust his straps yet. I caught a smile n took a pic calm down
My 2 year old is 38 inches and 30 lbs. so we busted out of our evenflo symphony rf height limits and into a chicco next fit.
The padding is hotter, and it's more difficult to get him Into the seat because the sides are higher, but other than that - I really like the seat. Easy to install, and the straps are very easy for me to tighten and loosen. Which I was concerned about based on what squishy has said in the past. Don't know if they fixed them or what. :)
