Mommas who are separated from their childrens dad. If my sons father is to get our son every other Friday-Sunday, but then tells me halfway through the week he can't take him Friday until Saturday due to taking up an optional shift at work, can I legally tell him he either takes him Friday at his ordered time or doesn't get him? He's constantly cancelling whole weekends or taking our son a quarter of his ordered time. He also isn't following the meets on the order. Almost every Sunday he has him I get a message that he doesn't have a car so I have to get my son, or he tells me i have to run him out there. I'm already having cut hours at work and getting no child support from him since he's been continuously in and out of work.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer. My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk outside without this information. Children of color are being targeted and killed too. It’s not just adults. I let my son know we treat everyone equally and with respect. I let him know that we love everyone for their differences. In every aspect. Color, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference we love everyone.
Question. I just left my husband for cheating and now hes been harassing me. Hes threatening to come get our son. I dont care if he sees his son but I'm not comfortable with him leaving with him bc hes never taken care of him a day In his life and he might use him against me. Am I wrong for feeling this way??

@nicolealison omg that's exactly what my baby's father told me; my son has curly hair and it's starting to get long; he was like maybe he likes how its feels and he takes like 3 to 4 steps then sits down i know he can he's just lazy but everyone is lile he should be walking by now; which was the reason i started to worry.

My daughter randomly started shaking her head no but come to find out she just likes how her hair feels on the back of her neck 🤣
I would definitely bring it up to the doctor but to me it sounds pretty normal for the age
Does he walk at all or even try? My daughter didn’t start walking until 14-15 months which a lot of people tell me is late.

Sometimes like if I'm in his face he won't do direct eye contact bc he's watching the tv

Yes bring it up to a doctor my niece would have moments were she would hit her head on the wall and not listen to us when nothing was wrong for her to do so. They told us she had adhd and from there on we were able to understand her better and helped us get her into a good school

How long has it been going on? It could be an ear infection. Call the doctor
