Mommas who are separated from their childrens dad. If my sons father is to get our son every other Friday-Sunday, but then tells me halfway through the week he can't take him Friday until Saturday due to taking up an optional shift at work, can I legally tell him he either takes him Friday at his ordered time or doesn't get him? He's constantly cancelling whole weekends or taking our son a quarter of his ordered time. He also isn't following the meets on the order. Almost every Sunday he has him I get a message that he doesn't have a car so I have to get my son, or he tells me i have to run him out there. I'm already having cut hours at work and getting no child support from him since he's been continuously in and out of work.
Yes go back to court. In my custody agreement that time is forfeited an hour after the specified time for pick up and cannot be made up. Put that in there for sure.
Also start documenting, (if you haven’t already) when he doesn’t get him, is late, needs a ride, etc. Texts or emails instead of verbal convos are better.
@cams thankfully I keep screen shots of everything.
I’ll take it to court; I’m currently doing this court stuff right now with my daughter and her father. So far he’s only mandated to supervised visits because he’s crazy but if he doesn’t follow through with it they’ll take it away
@makeupmomplustwo_ oh I will. I already sent him a message about the leniency stopping. I'd rather become strict on the visitation now than keep offering extra time, letting him pick up late, drop off late, or me handle hand offs, and watching my son hurt more and more everyday
@ejwsmomma120215, I hope all goes well for you even though I know it would, I just know first hand how frustrating it is
@makeupmomplustwo_ it truly is. And it's sad it's pretty much never ending for our kids :(
This chick that works with my boyfriend really confessed her love to my man and then went into tears when he rejected her. (Mind you, he works in a kitchen and tells everyone about me and the fact that I’m pregnant and how excited he is to have a son.) Apparently she’s started to cause him problems at work and getting jealous when he talks other females, me included😂 Like this hoe really tried it😩😂🤪
I need help!!! Something is wrong with my dog and I have no money or job to take him to the vet. I think hes dying idk
Make your own breakfast!
At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
I would go back to court and have it changed
