How long after drinking a beer do you have to wait to pump and it be ok to use ? I usually pump at 12,3,6,9,12 repeat I’m thinking about drinking 1 or 2 beers after I pump in 30 minutes
If i drank one beer and then pumped right after or waited a hour and pumped would it be out of my boob so i can breastfeed no judging please!!

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
What exactly do I do to take the glucose test? do I take the drink with me and drink it after I check in w the blood ?
I've heard people say think drinking a beer a day can help breast milk production. Will either of these work? That's about the only beer I will drink. What beer would you suggest?

You can pump & use right away. If you’re safe to drive you are safe to breastfeed 👍

You can pump no need to wait you'll be fine the saying is if you can drive you can breastfeed.
