My son pedi days that my son should be able to push himself on his arms by now but he isn’t doing it. And I don’t know how to help. Is their anything specific I can do with him during tummy time to help. When he lays on his stomach all he really does is kick his legs like he is trying to crawl and then rollover all day. He never focused on his arms much.

I agree with the other not to stress about it much, kids learn at their own rate. But if you are concerned, you can try putting toys within his reach to motivate him to use those arms more.

The “time frame” a child should be doing something is an estimate. Please don’t stress too much.

Don’t push him too hard. All baby’s progress at different rates. He will push himself up soon. Try putting toys in front of him, just out of his reach and that will help encourage him
