I have this like crampy pain like by my pubic bone, right at the top of where my underwear rides. I thought maybe I had to #2, sorry TMI, but like when I tighten my abs muscles it almost hurts and puts even more pressure down. is this what like dilating feels like?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
