It's their grandkids my in laws love having them I have three kids and my 2 girls stayed the night over there

My in laws and parents don't ever charge me I paid my sis when I was working or if I needed a sitter for an interview and she didn't have gas but that's it

I think capitalizing on your grand children us ridiculous (my opinion) like wtf is wrong with ppl. I could see buying food and items needed etc but paying for spending time with family. If they are struggling and need etc cash I rather pay my family than a stranger. That's the exception. Other than that if they are set and do that I'll get a live nanny and to be honest it's not that expensive it's about 572 for 44hrs

Its pays in the end to have a good heart. I tell my fiance cause that all the time. He bends over backwards 4 his family. That's one reason I dnt think they should expect anything every time but it's cool. At least they will keep them jus about every time we need them cause they no they gone get paid. Lol!

Yea I feel where u coming from. We don't mind giving them something its jus funny that they actually expect it but I think its because they no we'll pay and nobody else will when they keep their kids. When my family keep him we offer but they dnt take it.

@lovelily Its an issue to me I think its just fucked up especially when me and my husband dont never get a break all we do is work work work but when we do finally get a chance to step out for a night witch is rare they got they hand out. My parents don't charge me to watch Lily -- I voluntarily pay them because they don't HAVE to watch my baby, they have their own lives to live. They raised their kids. My husband and I are going on vacay in 2 weeks and I'm paying my mom $300 to watch Lily for 4 days. It's a non-issue.

@proudmommyoftwo_ I'm ready to cry my maternity leave is about up and my kids have to go to daycare for 1st time... since right before I had my daughter my babysitter fell through and they were only with family and couple friends before this
