Okay, so I'm trying to figure out if I sound selfish & hormonal, or if my feelings are rational... so my husband works a full time job. 7-3:30 on week days and he works at a tire shop on Saturday 8-12. He is also a volunteer fire fighter. My husband is a hard worker, and trust me, I LOVE that. He's on the go a lot, always helping people and doing different things.....but y'all, when it comes to house work 😩😒😒 he doesn't really do anything unless I ask him. Like I was just up breaking my back (not really) cleaning & vacuuming, while my daughter was my shadow cause she is literally up my butt right now, ole boy laid back on the couch the whooooole time and watched NCIS. Right now I want to punch him because he didn't ask if I needed any help. Is this just a man thing?? Like do these creatures HAVE to be asked to help around the house?? He knows I cannot stand when the house gets to be too much of a mess, yet he always tells me "just ask me" and I'm like...you are not 5. You don't NEED to be asked. You see something that needs done and you do it to help your stay at home pregnant wife. lol I think it's a little selfish of me, but also a little understandable 🤷🏼♀️

Some guys are truly completely clueless. Yes it totally frustrating. They think because your already cleaning and not saying anything you got it. But if that's his response it "just ask me" then aaaaay girl aaaay make a honey do list for his ass. And ASK him to do it once he gets home and hand it over to him. There's asswhole guys that wouldn't even say that and let the female straight struggle. He gave you what he needs as a sign when you need help use it. If he doesn't help when you've made the list and verbally have asked for help then be pissed and rip into him👍

My husband is the same. I was getting frustrated for awhile but I recently just gave it up. I'm not going to ask him to do stuff that he sees and complains about. If I'm too busy and it doesn't get done then he has no right to complain when he doesn't help. Men are just frustrating I think.

There's no excuse for that, my man cleans just as much as I do, and sometimes lately even more because i've been so tired in my last trimester, plus he helps with our daughter at the same time, and he also cooks for us too at times, and I don't have to say shit to him about it.... He may be an exception to the rule, but still, your man is grown, he isn't blind, and his arms, legs, and brain aren't broken, so he has no excuse... I can see your frustration... That would PISS ME TF OFF!

🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Honey, I get that. Mine will literally buy or build me anything in the world that I could want.. I’m a spoiled brat, basically. BUT! You try and get that man to ash in an ashtray, empty his plate or throw away trash while standing RIGHT NEXT TO ONE and it seems customary to wait till I get overwhelmed then ask... “what do you want me to do?” Like hello... load the dishwasher, take the trash out before animals get in it.. or hey, how about YOU clean your own messy ass hell truck out? Oh hell na. Not happening.. unless I tell him directly to do so. -.-

Hubs says the same thing just tell me to do it. Bish...you’re 27. I shouldn’t have to ask. IS THE TRASH OVER FLOWING...????!! Yes... TAKE IT THE FUCK OUT THEN. He only works 9 hours a day and doesn’t work on the weekends. He’s just lazy. It’s totally a man thing. Blame it on moms who baby their boys and do everything for them. My hubs also likes to just place his dirty clothes RIGHT BY THE BASKET

@crystal.newman, @shainaredmon, yes girls I'm thinking it's a man thing. I have a good man, he is good to me and our daughter and he would do anything for us, he isn't lazy for the most part except for when it comes to picking up lol. He doesn't even take his clothes to the dirty clothes half the time, he'll leave them wherever he takes them off 🙄🙄 I hate being a nagging wife, but sometimes it's just super aggravating. Most of it I can do on my own no problem, but some days I could use a little more help.
