Ok mommy’s i need to know what to do my son has been running a fever 101.1 for 2 days now and having a barking cough I talked to his pediatrician today at 8am by 12pm I noticed a rash all over his face I called back told them his symptoms and also let them know that he’s been throwing fits last night was horrible he was acting like somebody was doing something to him he was screaming kicking hitting punching scratching (I’ve never seen him do this) pinching once in a while but none of the other things so I’m not sure if he was hallucinating.., his cousin that is with us everyday was diagnosed with the flu they said but today she went back to school a paper was given that there was a outbreak of scarlet fever so I’m wondering if that’s what she had an gave it to him....... so has anyone’s child ever had scarlets fever? symptoms? should I take my son to the er? #sickbaby

I've had scarlet fever myself as an adult, it's pretty much strep throat with a rash but your hands and feet feel like pins and needles (at least for me it did) The fever lasted about 2-3 days for me. He will need antibiotics

son getting out of car seat
So a couple days ago my son started getting himself out of his car seat while we are on the road. He will be 2 years old May 27th. He pushes the chest clip all the way down and pulls his arms and shoulders out of the straps but is still buckled at the waist. Today he did it 4 times, we had to pull over every time. Ok so my son just got his first job. He’s also type 1 diabetic. Well last night while working his sensor starts going off his blood sugar dropped to 52. They told him he could deal with it after he got his orders done, which in a way I understand that but at the same time if it drops low enough he can pass out and that won’t be good for anyone!! They wouldn’t even let him just grab some glucose tabs out of his bag. I’m so torn here because I don’t know what’s appropriate and what’s not.
When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.
