@beemommyof3, that's what I do when I get home. She drinks so much breastmilk. That's the issue I'm having. As soon as I get home she wants to drink all the milk I pumped from work. I obviously don't give it to her even tho she screams. She went not so long ago. It's really sticky and she screams and cries while going. I feel so bad! I wish she could be exclusively breastfed!

No problem. Hopefully you get a better output. As for constipation it is hard to say. Breastfed babies can go 14 days without a bowel movement. But once you supplement it gets sticky. I would give more breastmilk right now if possible because it is a diuretic naturally, it will help her go.

@beemommyof3, I've used it A LOT. Since like the first week I had my daughter. When my nipple was bleeding. I pumped because it wasn't as painful. I did that every hour or every 2 as well as nursing. It's my first month back and I've been using it non stop

@beemommyof3, it does? I had no idea. Oops. The clear suction thing keeps getting breastmilk in it, and that's when it stops sucking so well. My son also lost the other clear thing that hella suck the milk out. And I have to single pump ☹️

My boss pumps in her office while she's working and helping parents. She's completely covered so you can't even tell. She also pumps and drives because it's hands free. I mean she has our kitchen freezer filled with breast milk. Your job has to give you time to pump other than your break.

You can also pump in the car as well on the way and on the way home. How long are you pumping?

You need to move milk to make milk! What do you do for work? I know some jobs are fast paced and it’s hard to make time to pump, ideally you should pump every 2-3 hours and your work is legally obligated to accommodate you and your pumping needs!

@avahcruz, Im at work now and I leave the house at 6 am don't come back until 5. My supply has drastically gone down and I've never been able to over produce. At work I can only breast pump while on break. So I can only pump 3 times from 6am-5pm. I've been trying to increase my supply by taking some breastmilk pills and they haven't really worked.
