My little girl breaks down in tears whenever I sing to her or anyone else. She hates people singing at playgroup she's fine with music on etc but just hates people singing close to her. I've been singing to her since she was born, and she's only just started having a problem with it in the last few months. I've tried to ignore her behavior and hope that she gets used to the singing, but it's not working. Help! What could it be
Yeah I will do thanks. She cries every time at playgroup when it's singing time and her grandma sang to her twinkle twinkle she burst into tears so not cos she's tired xxx
Have a look at some early autism symptoms just to make sure not saying that's it but no harm in checking it to rule it out xxx @xjadeandlilymae18x
@erincharlie1226 nope just singing nothing else shes a really clever bubbly playful child just doesn't like nursery rhymes or lullabies some anyway xxx
@xjadeandlilymae18x perhaps she was just tired and needed some quiet time?xxx
@erincharlie1226 no idea what that song is haha she wouldn't mind that cos they are lullabies or nursery rhymes she doesn't mine some of them xxx
She doesn't like nursery rhymes and lullabies like twinkle twinkle etc she's fine with normal music on tv and radio etc but when they sing at playgroup she doesn't like it or anyone singing them to her xxx
@xjadeandlilymae18x also I've read it can be signs of autism don't want to scare you. Does she have any other behaviours that u have noticed xxx
I sang Neverland to Charlie and he cried lol if I sing upbeat songs he smiles at me and goes sleep xxx
She definitely hasn't got that she's fine with other people etc and plays with other children and plays with toys etc lol xxx
