@kaela3, I actually started 4oz of coffee every other day. It gets whatever is there out in 30 minutes and keeps me going through the day. I tried the stool softener and I needed immediate relief. I drink so much water. Nothing help more then the coffee I probably will keep doing the stool softeners though and now I’ve added fiber one bars and fiber chews in
