I have my period for the first time since birth, before I never had a heavy flow even on my worst days but now I feel like I have to change my tampon every hour.... is this normal? Has this happened to anyone after birth and then it went back to being how it used to be or will it forever be a heavy flow lol I know every woman is different but didn’t know if anyone had the same experience

Same!! I used to think something was wrong cause it was sooo light. I never even got cramps. After my c section my first few were stupid heavy and crampy but I'm pretty much back to normal!! So hopefully it'll get better for you!

Mine was 4 days long and very light to medium flow every 28 days. After my last baby it's now 5-6 days long VERY heavy and every 23-25 days. It's sucks. Been that way for 10 months now. I seriously bleed so much I have to take iron pills (iron is usually low anyway) but if I don't I feel faint and weak.

@morganmommy79 my first period after I had my son was gross and heavy. (TMI) It lasted about a week and it was just gooey and ick 😷

Quite opposite with mine. Mine used to last 3-5 days and some times, not so often, a week. But now it doesn't even past 3 days and never had a heavy cramps like I used to before.
