Do you ladies believe in having close family members getting the flu shot or whooping cough shot to be around your baby?

My sister in law never made me do any of that.

Everyone close to us got whooping cough shots.

Yes! If they wanted to see my first daughter, they had to get one..

That'll be the rule for the baby this time around since he won't be old enough to get it himself

@kkmamax3, that is my mindset! I wouldn’t want anyone to be around her or breath on her if they aren’t healthy

@cheyclaudio I dunno anything about the whooping cough so if you researched it then I'm with you.

@cheyclaudio, I told my family they wouldn’t be able to hold her if they didn’t. Hubbys Gma and papa didn’t hold her because they didn’t get the shot. 🤷🏼‍♀️

And everyone who wanted to touch her had to use hand sanitizer or wash their hands.

My little sister got it when she's was around a year and a half and it was the worst thing in the world to watch her go through. She got it from her grandma too. That was the one shot I made sure I had and everyone else had too. Watching any child go through it is so heart breaking. You have every right to make anyone who wants to see your baby get it before they see her.
