Has anyone had any success on closing your abs back up after a baby if they're still separated? My doctor told me I had that diastasis recti and that was about 3 months ago. I haven't really done anything to fix it but I've noticed my bloating getting 10x worse and I remember that was something she said could happen. I'd rather fix my abs instead of taking stuff for the bloating unless that kind of goes hand in hand with the whole process but where do I even start?? My doctor just told me I had it but not how to fix it, just that it could be fixed, I also didn't ask many questions about it.
@scc2413 mine was given. You can buy it walmart. I actually like it because it really help and was working with the nip and tuck skin toner lotion I got at vitamin world until I realized I was bloated to the point it wasn't going down 5 months after giving birth to my son. I was pregnant and didn't know it at the time. It didn't hurt the baby thankfully. The one I got strecth and let me see if I can find it for you. Im still debating on trying killer kurve zip and clip waist trainer or the suana vest
@deafmama16 what is the one you have called and do you like it? I've heard good and bad things about those so I've always been skeptical about them.
@scc2413 yeah plus I use a velcro belly waist trainer to help hold the muscle in even during bedtime
@deafmama16 she said it was pretty far but not bad enough for surgery at least right now especially if I plan on having more kids which I do. So is it basically just ab workouts?
@scc2413 Walmart doesn't sell the one I got anymore but if you want to try the As Seen On TV waist trainer wrap first to see if you like it before buying the expensive one. It's always best to go a size up.
