So my doctor suggested a waist band thingy to help correct my ab separation that I've been trying to fix myself since last summer. She said if this doesn't help then I may need surgery sooooo in trying to avoid surgery at all costs, any recommendations on which ones work best? Does anyone else's LO hit themselves when they're mad or upset? My son has been realllly overly sensitive lately and the past 2 weeks, when he gets mad or upset or in trouble, he smacks himself in the head or will literally get on his hands and knees and hit his head on the floor and runs over crying. Could anyone give me ideas on store bought dairy free snacks for toddlers that aren't messy besides fruit? My sons doctor has him on a no dairy diet and of course it happened the day before we have a long drive that I was planning on bringing snacks with us he could eat in the car.

I need some advice for my son. He constantly gets stomach pains and diarrhea but no fever at least 3 or 4 times a month. Does anyone else get like a throbbing pain in their vagina during their period???? I get it every so often on my period and it feels like I've been kicked there a million times. It feels like those last few weeks of being pregnant and the baby was all up on your pelvic bones 😭😒 it's just so irritating because it hurts to stand for two long. Whyyyy? I'm assuming it's normal for the most part...or should I be concerned.

Does anyone else's toddlers play with their ear when sleepy or is my kid just odd?? 😂 He literally puts his finger in his ear or he'll grab my finger and try to make me do it for him and he slowly doses off to sleep or gets instantly calm. If I pull it away he grabs my hand real quick and puts my finger back in his ear. He's been doing this for like a month or so now and I just think it's so weird that of all things, that's what calms him down.
