Omg my husband and I really just got in a fucking fight about breast milk! How ridiculous 😑 I gave him a bottle to feed her and he started shaking it and I was like "don't shake it you're not supposed to do that" of course he's instantly annoyed "o great which one of your Google sites did you learn that from" I was like "no seriously a lot of different places say it's not good it breaks down the proteins or something" then he gets a super attitude "that's the stupidest damn thing I've ever heard in my life who told you that did the actual lactation consultant at the hospital tell you that or someone on the internet blah blah blah" I'm so freakin annoyed at this point I was like "ya know what why don't you look it up yourself you're never gonna believe anything i say about it anyways" and he just keeps going on and on about how it's stupid and I dont have a credible source. It's just dumb cause I know I've heard it a billion times and honestly I don't know why he even gives a shit!! Like why tf do you care?! If I say it can't be shaken then just don't fucking shake it. What does it matter. 😑😑 so dumb

@mami1234 well just p.s. since we're talking about it, I guess a university did a study on it and from their test they concluded that you have to shake it pretty hard to really damage it so don't before afraid to give it a good swirl just don't super shake it like formula

Girl don't let it get to you. My man is very similar when it comes to our baby. He hears what he wants and I don't know nothing. I know the feel. So do he even respect how precious breast milk is? And with females parental instinct comes natural. But we also have the need to make sure there isn't a better way or new info out.
