my baby is a night owl.. how can I changer her schedule ? she sleeps so much in the afternoon to evening

so yesterday I pumped because I had to go to the lab to test her bilirubin again for jaundice .I honestly don't feel comfortable whipping my boob out in public . and I bottle fed her my milk and stuff. . now she got used to the bottle and won't latch on to my breast... please tell me if I continue trying she will latch on , I want to continue doing it without the bottle because I like the moment of bonding

she never wants to latch on to my left breast, only the right one all the timeeee.. what do I do ? I've been pumping the left one because it's leaking so bad .. and it's killing me .. I didn't want to give her bottles but I guess I have to do both breast and bottle -_-

who has instagram ? unfortunately her father is telling me I should not have this app anymore.. even though I think It's helpful for asking questions that are postpartum related or baby related ... I would like to keep in touch some how..

so I'm scared to go do #2, I don't want to rip my stitches ugh.. I'm terrified... anyone else in this or was in this predicament ?

so I woke up 3 times yesterday feeling some water or leakage coming out vaginally on its own . I called the clinic I go to and they told me to go to the emergency room asap because it could be amniotic fluid leaking or my water broke and I needed to get admitted ! so I went in by 1 pm. I was checked by the doctor and he said I was still 1 cm.. but saw the mucus and fluid coming out . so he inserted the long balloon at around 2 .. the balloon helped me dilate t...

so now I can feel the contractions vaginally.. and tmi but I feel electricity in my butt... contractions every 2 mins for the past 35 mins

soooo hungry ughhh

So I caved in, I got epidural.. I can't feel my legs anymore lol I feel amazing noww
