Well there's many factors on considering going back to birth control. Do you mind getting pregnant or you would like to wait. I've know people to get pregnant with one ovary/ fallopian tube, so it could well happen that you end up pregnant.

I only have one fallopian tube. The other one was removed when I had a ectopic pregnancy there was scarying it for some reason. It was removed before I got pregnant with son. Since it has been removed I have been pregnant 4 times but I have 2 two kids that didn't miscarry. They are 8 years apart. I didn't think I could get pregnant anymore after my miscarriage I had when my son was 2. But my beautiful girl had other plans. I was very shocked to find I was pregnant. Now I am on the paragrad iud. I dont want to accidentally get pregnant again. You never knoe it might just not be your time be pregnant. If you dont more you should use birth control.
