I started on a low dose I took it before bed because it made me sleepy. But they kept upping my dosage and once I hit 100 i got crazy and had suicidal thoughts.

@twinmommabellahali, I had PPD after my second child. I was on Zoloft for about 2 months and then slowly came off of it and was back to normal. It just helped regulate the hormones to make the weird thoughts go away. There were side effects but they were worth it. I never had to take it again after that.
