My 3 month old is now sleeping 5-6 hours at night, so when I'm getting up to feed him at that point, my breasts are engorged. And then throughout the day he nurses about every 2 hours still. So should I be getting up to pump in the middle of the night?

This is why I'm seriously looking into getting a manual pump to put on the nightstand. I don't even care about saving that milk, just want relief!

Yesss you should especially if they are getting engorged b/c you definitely do not want to loose your milk or get an infection.

They'll adjust accordingly. I'd get up and hand express if I was uncomfortable
