Did sex help anyone who was trying to make baby come? Im 39 weeks tomorrow and desperatd as hell. I have hip dysplasia so all the pressure of her on my right hip is killing me I can barely walk and it can honestly mess up my hips in the long run. Dr said I can naturally induce now just like I did with my son for the same reason so please no moms give me shit about wanting to induce now.

Get a yoga ball it will probably help with hip too because you can roll it under your but

Have they checked you are you dilated at all

@mommy2benntley yeah. Last week they checked I was 3cm and my cervix was really soft.

Have you asked about a membrane sweep I know someone who had it and went into labor that day

@mommy2benntley yeah I refuse it lol. They wanted to do it to me with my son and I said no. I heard you bleed and cramp and its uncomfortable.

@mommy2benntley @andrewsmommy i wouldnt go with a membrane sweep theyve been known to cause a lot of infections. Sex helps soften your cervix so yea you can totally try that as long as its not hurting you.

It is uncomfortable from what I heard too but you probably would have baby here

Sex helped soften my cervix also caused contractions. Me and my husband would have sex then get up and go for a nice long walk then go home and have sex pretty much all day and night. It helped caused contractions for me but in the end I ended up getting induce at 39 weeks. But all the walking and sex allowed me to be a 4cm when I went in to get induced.

@xomommahicksxo awwww sounds like my first. Except didnt have sex for me to go into labor I simply got my cervix checked Friday 3pm contractions started Saturday 3am and had my son sunday 1am.@babynessa lol well all day is out the question he works 8 hours mon-friday and is really tired by time he gets home he just wants to go to bed. I honestly want to try tonight.
