All these single mommas out there can you please give me advice me and my boyfriend well ex now got into a fight and now he is saying I can have Celie for a year and then I can never see her again. What do I do im so upset now that we are for sure done and now I might lose my baby😢💔
If he doesn't have a valid good reason as to why you can't have the baby. The court won't allow him full custody.. it will be 50/50 and honestly if he wants to start that crap and stick to it, I'd be the first one in that court house.
@celiesmommy01, babies are blessings but they amplify any problem going on. You don't need a man and you don't need to stay with a man just because you have a baby with him. You have to do what you need to do in order to be happy. You can't be the best mommy possible if you're miserable
@kailey.gallentine We never used to be like this until I had her...:(
@celiesmommy01, i know gf, I'm in the same boat. Every day gets just a tad bit easier and it slowly drifts to the back of your mind the longer he isn't around and the more you move on. Just don't let it put a damper on your daughters time. Don't worry about it so much you can't appreciate the time you have and how little she is. I was so worried about someone taking her I missed out on a lot and I regret it👎🏻
@kailey.gallentine I know im trying not to worry but she's my baby and I can't lose her.
@celiesmommy01, exactly
And he has to file in the state you live in I believe. Otherwise his visitation is wherever you are. So if you want to move to Florida then back to as every other month, I believe as long as it's not in the papers you can. But seriously mama don't worry. My ex would always tell me he's going to get 50/50 and he's gonna take my daughter away from me so I "know how it feels to have a child taken from you" 🙄🤷🏼♀️ now he's galavanting around gods creation with some chick and hasn't been around for almost 4 months lol
@kailey.gallentine And its going to be hard for him to get visitation especially since im going to be in Arizona.
He legally has no custody until he files for it and the most he can possibly get 50/50 unless they see it in the best interest of the child for him to have her completely.
My ex did the same shit and now he's nowhere to be found and not in my daughters life. Just get your shit together and live your life. Just cross that bridge when you get there and just know he can't take her from you. He has ALOT of hurdles to jump just to get visitation
@celiesmommy01 thats good i know once you have your job you'll feel more secure an confident an being by family will probally double that. Praying for you an your kiddle you got this
My husband and I tried getting custody of his 3 children that he has with his previous wife. We presented drugs, alcohol proof and pictures and they wouldn't let him even take 50/50 custody they said they rule in the mom's favor even under the circumstances we tried for 2 years. She's on drugs and alcohol still and the judge doesn't care.
@wafflez Well in September im going back home where my family is in Arizona and while im there im going to look for a job and get my shit together.
Lol my ex said the same crap an you know what I was scared too because he used the fact of scars on my arm from when I was 13 but I did talk to a doctor an a lawyer he could try an do that but for full custody there has to be something seriously wrong with muiltable people accusing you so just ignore him dont even let him know hes a dumbass
@mommabear1517 Oh believe me I will she's all I have left.
@mommabear1517 Ok I will talk to my therapist and see if she can help me with all this.
@mommabear1517 Even if he doesn't file for full custody what will the lawyer do?
He is just saying that because he is angry. He doesnt really know the first thing about raising a child alone
@celiesmommy01, if you got help, you'll be ok
@robbyanne1 Neither one of us are drug abusers or physically abusive. But before I got help for my PPD I threatened to kill myselfcand im scared hell use that against me.
@beebaby I take care of her day to day and he said it to me.
The only way he can get full custody is if he can prove you are a drug abuser or physically abusive otherwise the most he can get is 80/20 which means you get her every other weekend. If you are an alcoholic he still can't get full custody. Besides most judges are pro mom therefore you are more likely to get the 80/20 than he is. Unless you can prove he's a drug abuser or physically abusive
From not on save any correspondence between you too just incase you need proof
@beebaby I can be with her for 1 year and then he is taking her.
@alyssa5792 Because he said hes going to take full custody of her and I can never see her again.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I broke down at my moms house today ... because of the debt we owe and Passover is coming and it’s a very expensive holiday ... it was just way too much .... my mom i guess told my brother that I’m suffering and he called me over and asked me why i didn’t just ask for help, and offered to help when i need it . And gave me basically 4K to help for the month and if i need more to ask ... now one thing about me , is that i will suffer silently and won’t ask for help.... I’ve always been that way. ...
So my bf just beat the hell out of my dog and idk what to do now. I want to leave but don't have my paper yet to take my dog with me anywhere I go
what can I do to help my baby come faster she is getting too big for me to have I need her to come now
I’m Due Tomorrow. What Can I Do To Make My Water Break Like Right Now. I Tried Sex And Exercising Earlier Today. What Else Can I Do
I thought that if the baby is less than 1 year, the custody will always be on the mom. I'm not sure...
