Pulling out all the stops to get my milk up! I'm determined. Lots of wAter, oatmeal, honey bunches of oats, mother's milk tea, breast massages, skin to skin, more boob and less formula, and starting tomorrow flax seeds.... Anything I'm missing and should try? Im looking at some lactation recipes to hopefully try out. ( I would like to get my son off formula all together, but I need to be able to pump a lot and I'm unsuccessful at pumping 🙁)

@missjess have you tried fenugreek tablets? They boosted my supply. I got mine at a health food store. I was trying everything you have been doing. They did help

I haven't! I'll have to keep my eye out for them @angelaoliver101988,

It helps me to pump on one side while baby eats on the other side. I get more let spend that way @missjess

I barely get anything when I pump I get discouraged and don't want to anymore. I tried this morning and I got like an ounce. I guess I should try sporadically through out the day and see. @scidg3,

From what ppl say, that is a normal amount to pump so don't be discouraged!! I say 4 drops is great in my book!!! It's 4 more drops than before. @missjess

True! My lactation consultant saids it doesn't mean I don't have a good supply, it's a pump it does just that. But I just hate seeing some women pump 8 oz out of both boobs I'm like wth lol. The most I ever got was like 5 oz with both combined @scidg3,

It's frustrating 😣 @missjess you are doing great tho!
Jess·
Thank you! That means so much, I really am trying @scidg3,
