My 6 year is still unable to blow his nose. At times I can hear him breathing through his nose. I need help

Or even just regular breathing exercises and just teaching him how to breathe really hard with his mouth closed and just keep practicing

If he knows how to blow a balloon tell him it's like blowing a balloon except you keep your mouth closed and you put your tongue on the roof of your mouth that way the air will go to his nose and he should be able to blow out
