Yay for migraines I have them almost everyday, sometimes with nose bleeds sometimes not. Today my nose bleed was so bad…

I keep migraines myself. I know what y'all are going through. Tylenol is a joke. Ill take 2 in the morning and drink a cup of coffee and SOMETIMES it helps. My OB will not give me nothing for them.. He's a joke his self.

@olivbee, thank you! They are in daycare and school and we only have them biweekly and sometimes some extra days but it’s like I never get a break with mine teething and always working and house upkeep and yadda yadda

@jmedina, caffeine and bcs usually help a bit but I haven’t checked that

Have you checked your blood pressure? My husbands has been so high he had a bad headache and nose bleed but I know it doesn't always mean that. My dr gave me lortab while pregnant for them, only had them bad when pregnant and also told me to drink a coke because sometimes caffeine helps.

I am so sorry you’re getting migraines so frequently. I can only imagine how frustrating & upsetting that is. I usually get headaches daily & sometimes they’re pretty bad but my migraines have become very infrequent in the past few years. Do you think they’re triggered by anything??

@inkedsouthernbelle, ask your doctor about fioricet. That’s what my OB prescribed me when I was pregnant because BC was really the only thing that helps me too & even then it’s hit or miss but I didn’t take it while pregnant. Tylenol barely made a dent in my headaches & I maxed out on my dosage daily then my doctor prescribed fioricet & it was much better than the Tylenol.

You should really go to the ER and let them treat you

@inkedsouthernbelle, that’s how I am! I feel so bad because there’s so much I wanna do with him parks and all but all I can manage is cuddling up to him in bed and hoping he doesn’t make noise. I feel like an awful mama and I know bc’s are soooo bad but I take them like candy

I used to take up to 3 BCs a day but apparently they’re not good for you either but you gotta take the bad with the good because there are points when I feel like banging my head against a wall so that’s no good and the only thing that’s worked for me so far is a loritab BUT I’ve only taken a half twice since I’m pregnant. I don’t know what else to do and my dr chewed my ass for even taking that so I feel helpless sometimes and inadequate as a mother because I can’t do as much with my son when my head is hurting

@inkedsouthernbelle, thank you! They are awful and I wished they’d just stop. It makes it hard to work full time and care for 4 kids and deal with migraines

Have you tried ibprophen?

I’m having them too. Everyday and they’re debilitating. Tylenol is a joke. I spent 3 days puking in the dark bedroom because it hurt so bad and I couldn’t stand it anymore so I took one of my loritabs from my last surgery and my dr got pissed but I was like look I have to function! I have a 1 year old and I can’t be sick like this. I’m going to a specialist soon to figure out what to do but no one wants to help if you’re pregnant. At least it’s that way for me. I understand your pain. I hope you get some relief soon.

It takes a little of the edge off just not much. They started when my son was like 5 months so this has been a 4 month thing

@sahmplustwo_., Tylenol doesn’t help at all. They are really bad migraines. Like sick to my stomach can’t stand light or sound pulsing migraines

My nose bleeds everyday not too too much.. only once it was this bad! Better invest in some Tylenol for those headaches .

@monkeysalwayswins, I wish. Once we have our deductible paid for insurance next year, it’s the first thing I’m getting looked at, then my IUD which has been giving me problems, then my chipped tooth
