Ok so my son's dad's grandpa recently passed away. His funeral is this Sunday. I would really like to attend, seeings how I loved the man, but I'm unsure because of my son. He's only 3 months old, so I'm slightly concerned about how to keep him from screaming his head off when it should be quiet... any advice?

My son was 3 months also when my grandma passed. I didn't take him to the funeral because of that reason and I was an emotional wreck. I only took him to the viewing. I left him home with his dad and my MIL. But if you want to take him make sure hes changed before you go in and fed. If hes breastfed you can always just step away to feed him. If he's teething give him Tylenol before you leave the house.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

So I used my Doppler a few times today trying to find my baby's heartbeat. After a few failed attempts I think I finally found it! Problem is I don't know how to work my Doppler very well so I don't know how to pick up how many bpm there are. I guess I'm wondering that since I'm so early, is it possible for my baby's heart rate to seem a little "low"? Like its higher than my heart rate but when I recorded it on my phone it comes out to barely 98 beats or so and my heart was 80 beats in the recording. Am I doing it wrong or maybe because I'm still learning how to find it, it seems low? Maybe it's just hard for the Doppler to pick it up? I'm not worried because the heart sounded great I'm just curious about yalls opinions?
