My 9 month old refuses to eat by spoon today.. anything I try to feed him he refuses.. any tips?

Give him noodles and cubed potatoes, slightly less messy and he can feed himself

Let him feed himself

mix you can mix formula or PediaSure in there or juice in there. the Novia cups make a soft top with the Oaks opening is wide enough for the cereal to pass through but not choke the baby

Or even hand him the spoon and he can feed himself.

Try just letting him use his hands. It'll be messy, but he might just want that independence.
