If I pump and put it in the fridge, then pump again in a few hours, can I just pour the recent in with the milk from a few hours ago? It would all get used tonight regardless.

Milk should be the same temp before combining, so put the fresh pumped milk in the fridge to get cold then add to the other milk that's already cold

Yes that's what I did! My son was in NICU and I puked every two hours and just put it together
