This may sound really stupid, but I've googled my heart out and can't find an answer anywhere...
I just got a used car seat from my sister in law yesterday. How in the world do I tell if it's an infant seat? And are infant seats the same as other car seats, just with added cushion or something? I know, I sound like an idiot.

I'm gonna get it once my daughter out grows her infant seat. Hopefully by then they come down a little in price. Lol

Not all infant carries have the carrying bar. I was gonna get the graco 4 in 1 but it would have been to much to carry a newborn plus diaper bag.

infant car seats have the carrying bar. and look at the weight requirements like she said.
It should say weight and height requirements on the side
