Starting a low carb diet today. Cutting out soda, most sugars, planning on eating more veggies, less pasta. I wanna stay healthy and I know this will help. I'm not at the weight I want to be. 160 is what I've been stuck at for three years and yes I'm gonna complain about being at that weight but after having my baby boy I'm more jiggly now then I was prw pregnancy so I really just wanna lose a little more weight and tone my tummy. don't et me wrong my body looks great I really don't feel like I look bad cause I'm back to my pre pregnancy weight but like I said I've got more jiggle now and I'm not gonna settle for 80% confidence I want to feel 100%.
