Idk why but my body was producing so much milk now I'm barely making any and it's getting frustrating. I've been drinking the mothers milk tea like crazy and staying hydrated. Any thoughts on anything else I can do to create more supply ?! 😭👶🏼😭👶🏼😭

the mothers milk never worked for me...i jave like 8 unopened boxes :/...i used blessed thistle and some other one ill get tge name i ordered them off amazon
