Does anyone know why my baby is getting like a small breakout on his face ? (They're not red they're the color of his skin.)He has them on his cheek and nose and now eyelids .

I was looking through my notes and I found this 😂lol the day I went into labor I kept writing down the time I felt contractions while I was at home 😅 such a painful experience but I feel very brave for overcoming💙🍼
