How do I find a pediatrician for her, when I don't even know how to get her insurance?  I have my mom's insurance and Medicaid, so should I try to get her medicaid too? how do I do it? she could come any day now and I sorta forgot I had to do this..

call the member line and get a list of PEDs that take the insurance. look them up and call the ones you like to see if they are accepting newborns.. the newborn is attached to your case until 30 days and then will be assigned her own.

contact ur County office for ur Medicaid they should automatically cover the baby while in the hospital and then once u r home u will have to take some documentation to them all of which the hospital provides to u and u will have ur daughter covered by Medicaid also. if u have a pediatrician in mind call them and c if they accept Medicaid and talk to them. most offices now do take it
