Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
So I was really impressed when it put my 2½ year old daughter to sleep in 6 on night 1 (usually takes no less than a half hour but typically it takes closer to an hour to put her to sleep). However I did think that maybe it was just a coincidence. This song has no put her to sleep 3x in a row. This afternoon she fell asleep in under a minute listening to this song...no word of a lie... The second I put this song on, she laid down and closed her eyes. Amazing
I added this post to my favorites. I get up every morning with DH and it usually takes me forever to fall back asleep, especially since I end up scrolling through BB for a little while. I came across your post and decided I’d give it a try. Ive always had a hard time falling asleep, even at night. I listened to about four minutes of it just laying in bed and got extremely tired. It’s so soothing and relaxing. I turned my phone off and fell asleep with no issue what so ever.
If people would’ve quit calling me I could’ve stayed asleep.
Thank you!!!!! ??
NO FREAKING WAY!! This works! My lo is 12 months and no kidding she's fast asleep right now. I honesty can't believe it because she's so hard to put down to sleep. At first I thought it wasn't going to work, I had to play it two times. In the beginning she was talking to herself and playing with her feet then all of a sudden she turns over and is sleep 5 mins in! I will definitely be using this every night for now on.
Sorry edit she's 11 months old
Everyone who has tried this needs to update! It seems like it either works really well or doesn't work at all... or people are creeped out by it ?
I think we're on day 5 of using it and she's still sleeping like a rock. No more nighttime fidgeting ?

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .

“You look too young to be a mom!”
Or how about …
“You have a BABY? No! You look like a baby yourself!”👶
Oh wait, here’s a good one …
“Are you the nanny, ooor … ?”
“No, yeah I’m his mom,” I’d reply. “Yes, I am young,” I’d agree.
Considering I got pregnant straight out of college, I was certainly on the younger end of the parenting spectrum. (No one was more surprised than me, I assure you.) And yet, I wasn’t exactly a teen mom. I wasn’t juggling school courses and motherhood, like so many s...

Saturday at 1AM, lost my mucus plug/bloody show, and I was freaking out! A couple of hours later I had cramping, but felt like BH just a little stronger. They came and went, but felt stronger with each hour. Didn't sleep that whole night! I called the midwife at my hospital and told her I lost it and was having really bad cramping and she told me I was fine and was prob just having BH contractions.
The next day I was having what I thought were strong BH contractions every 10-...
