I wish I had purchased me a postpartum wrap while I was pregnant, but my c-section was a last minute decision...
@tahtahme, I don't know how to work a sewing machine, yet alone know how to use it, if it depended on my life lol. But I'm just tired of hurting from laughing, coughing and tryna sit up from laying down. I need some kind of comfort besides shrinking down thus uterus of mines lol
Anyway, don't forget to take it easy on yourself, mama! Don't think you have to look like you never had a baby right now! you did and its ok to take time to recover! not to mention surgery! just be good to yourself, pamper yourself. but yes, my wrap made my tummy feel so much better when my womb wasnt all jutted out! if you want to know more from me, feel free to message! 😘
I ended up learning to make Bengkung wraps, it is cheaper than buying other ones, and can be adjusted to the body. plus pulls in all the chub and tummy and helps the womb shrink. I started at 2 months pp, and it helped a ton. I lost a bunch of inches the first week just from it helping my womb shrink! and it felt damn good!
i still wear mine and my son is 18 months lol
i will until i cant anymore with this pregnancy too... i look like a crazy frumpy fatty right now hahah
@b3autifulm3ss, mines didn't. I'll probably get one this week, even tho I gave birth two weeks ago
It relieves that exact pain! be careful, you might have diastasis! bengkung wraps heal that too!
