Try drinking water before you go. Alot of times when mine are acting up I am dehydrated. The further along I get, the more water I need to drink

I get them about 1 every hour they last about 10 minutes and they kill.

@vicky810, it's like a continual tightening feeling with dull menstrual cramp pain

girl i had them 8 hours..2-5 mins apart...and did not dialate

my doctor said if they're like 5 minutes apart to go to the er
