my baby keeps sticking out her tongue. like she won't keep it in her mouth. anyone else's baby do this at about 1 month old?

Just means she's found her tongue and is probably just experimenting what it does. Once she finds her hands she will constantly play with them & feet once she finds her feet she will play with them and sometimes they put them in their mouth lol. Totally normal.
