Lately I've been having a hard time sleeping. Like, I'll fall asleep but wake up and stay up till sunrise, then sleep throughout the day. Last night, I was awake all night and I tried everything for me to fall asleep, but I just couldn't. Maybe I'm just too uncomfortable to be able to sleep throughout the night.
Science! My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
I keep having bad dreams every night. I even wake up a few times throughout the night and fall back asleep with pretty much the same plot just different part of the dream 😯😞

won't sleep unless being held Ladies, I'm going crazy from not being able to sleep. McKenna won't sleep unless she's being held. Not sure if it's my smell, the warmth, or what but I need sleep! Every night I end up just falling asleep with her but I don't like that at all. It worries me. What do I do?! If I don't get some sleep soon, I'm gonna lose my mind.
Moms of 2-3 year olds who fall asleep on their own, how long after putting them down does it take for them to fall asleep? Also, do they wake up throughout the night?

Try some Benadryl. I take it in nights i can't sleep and it knocks me out within like 30 minutes. I just took some about 5 minutes ago lmao.

@mommyofsummerfaith, I have a high tolerance when it comes to meds. Not even viccodin works on me. I don't know why tho

Have you tried Unisom ?!! I take a tablet here and there when I can't sleep... It doesn't knock me out completely with having to go to the ladies room but it helps me fall back asleep with no problem .. Run it by your OB ... Mine approves a specific one ...
