Question... I'm hoping to breast feed when my little one is here, do I need to get a breast pump ? TIA xx

@sammie-x, ... we sterilise everything for our babies anyway. they are really good and come apart to small pieces to make sure they are cleaned properly I would save yourself some money just make sure it's in good working condition and was cleaned after their last use then sterilise yourself :) xx

I highly recommend the medela one pricey but by far the best one I've used with any of mine and simulates natural feeding so I found I got the most milk. I was getting 4floz every 4 hours when my daughter was in scbu and that was a week after giving birth

breastfeeding pumps are great and will allow you to give others the chance to feed your baby and give you a break. I breastfed for 2 weeks and got a manual pump have a electric one this time for baby no.2 to make easier, I bought both mine 2nd hand and had no problems as long as they are clean! x
