@teerosay, oh yeah, that happened with me too. But I wouldn't actually feel hungry. Try eating smaller meals more frequently & small snacks in between throughout the day. That helped me.

@dang_dridri, see I haven't been sick at all. I only get queasy when it's been a while since I've eaten. I'm always tired though. 🙄

@teerosay, hey hun. I had was ALWAYS sick during my first trimester, like I didn't even work & I was always tired. Second & third trimester I wasn't really sick often.

I do both with my twins.

It can cause constipation but other than that it's fine

& you're having twins too! Congrats. I promise it's not what you'll expect. If you have a good support system & are truly about doing it, you'll be great. I'm like a human cow now. Lol if I hear any baby cry my boobs are leaking.

I do because I work & stuff so 🤷🏽‍♀️ it's not too bad once you get used to it. But it's hard work & dedication to stick to the schedule.
