cant decide between a crib or a bassinet im a first time mommy

I got a crib and sold my bassinet.. Bassinets don't last long at all.. I still have a travel size bassinet, but I plan on mine sleeping in my bed or her crib

I wanna get a bassinet and when he gets a bit bigger a play pen. cribs are so huge now a days. but I do have a crib at his moms too

thank you ladys i figures i would had to have both for when he gets a lil bigger to sleep in his crib

We have both, because his room is across the house. His bassinet is in our room, and crib is in his for when he gets older, sleeping through the night etc.

You'll probably want both. They usually outgrow the bassinet within 5 months.

I have both. she still in her bassinet at 4 months although now she is starting to roll so we be putting her in her crib soon
