What birth control are you mommies choosing after birth?

I got the implant (nexplanon) && it my period came for 1month & ½. && once in a while I be spotting . But you do gain wait 😩 my pants don't fit no more.

Really? Lol. The pill never failed me. I missed 1 dang day and now I'm pregnant. 😂

Before they took seasonique off the market I was on it for 5 years it was the best pill ever. Only 4 periods a year and never got pregnant.

I have no clue. I had the shot but it didn't work for me because I had my period for a whole month after I got the shot and a month later I had the Mirena for 2 1/2 years but that had my hormones whacked out and I gained weight so I had it removed. Pills don't work for me because I will forget to take them. 😩

I am on depo, I haven't had a period since. The only thing I don't like is that is when it starts to run out at the end of the 3 months I start to get period Luke symptoms and very little spotting.

@izamarpink, I had the depo after my first son. I took 1 shot and had 2 wk long periods for a yr. My sister also took 1 shot and had short periods. Niether of us really gained weight on it. 2yrs after the depo and no protection, I decided to get the pill, but was apparently already pregnant with my second. After him I mostly used condoms. I tried the nuva ring when he was about 2, but that was short lived as my side effect was depression. I just used condoms the past 5yrs. It was the few months that I stopped that I finally ended up pregnant with this one. Lol. My choice this time is getting my tubes tied. I'm done after this one.

No idea. Don't want to do anything with hormones because I have a family history of blood clots. Hubby wants to get snipped but no idea when he's gonna be able to do that.

My sister has the depo and she's been spotting ever since she got it, they say everyone reacts differently and she is moody as hell! Lol

I didn't get mines when I was on it I gained a Lil weight but that's was it for me it's different for everyone @izamarpink

@babyelkins2016, yes the pill does suck!! It doesn't work lol! I need something with low side effects and effective lol.

I got pregnant on the pill so that's a no go for me lol me and my boyfriend are just going to use condoms and I'll be breast feeding since we want to have another one when this one turns 1. The pill sucks 😂

I can't do the pill lol I'm pregnant right now because of it lol @mommygreene , what happens with depo ? Do you get your period or not? I've heard a lot of things lol @septembermama2016 . My dr won't let me because I'm to young * turning 22 in September 😩 @sidanddelos15
