Читать все 5 комментариевStarted my 3 day 300 carb diet for 2nd glucose test . . they gave me a diet to follow . . Haven’t done well did everything on the list for the morning and didnt eat lunch ( like the usual ) I had KFC for dinner and made sure to eat a extra biscuit , extra side and drink a sweet drink . . do I have to follow exactly what they tell me what to eat !? Or can I just try and eat the 300 carbs !? Ughhhhhhh

bsr2016 I have gestational diabetes! I just generally try to eat “good” carbs-whole wheat, fresh veggies and fruit.

I get this weird lower back pain a few times through out the day .. could be while I’m sitting or while I’m standing .. I feel like baby is sitting on my spine or something where I have to try and move him . He’s sitting on something and it’s so uncomfortable ! My mom said I might have bad back labor .. but I can’t really tell if it’s my back it just feels so uncomfortable 😣
