To be honest I went to the gym everyday for a month so I could be healthier. The healthier you are the better your chances are. And sounds lame but after he would finish I would elevate my waist for about a minute. We tried and I got pregnant in 1 month:) we only tried for 1

I agree, stop trying and you'll get preggo. Don't stress about ovulation days and just have fun with having sex and you'll get preggo. One month after we stopped "trying" we got preggo.

Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.
